The water pic works well. I find the lid is difficult to pick up as it also holds the extra pics and some times opens up while I’m trying to lift the whole lid.

I had a water pik for 10 years and it was great, but a little noisy and I had to replace the handle. The new WP-100 is less noisy and the on/off switch on the handle is an improvement over the button on the previous version. I would give the pik a 5 but I’ve already noticed that the tips do not seat in the handle very well. I’ve only had the pik for less than a month and it’s not performing as it should. I’ll probably need a new handle soon!!!
