My wife has been using the WP-100 for several years and loves it! Her periodic dental checkups prove the advantages of the WP-100 over the traditional flossing. The tubing broke after several years of satisfactory use, and we immediately purchased a replacement. When I registered the new WP-100 online I researched your catalog of replacement parts and ordered a replacement tube & wand plus a tank valve. Vola, we now have one in each bathroom and I am now a regular user! It flushed out debris which remained after flossing!

Hello bjca - Our products are designed for use in the bathroom and to have sound levels appropriate for the space. Specifically, we design our products to have a sound level of less than 70 dBA, where less than 70 dBA is defined as ‘conversation level’. Beyond 70 dBA we hear a toilet flush and at approaching 90 dBA we are in the range of most hair dryers.
