I'm really happy with my purchase so far. This is the first time using this product and part of me wishes I had bought it sooner. Unfortunately for me, tarter and plaque buildup really quick in my mouth and I'm wondering if I should still be using floss in conjunction with this product. I've primarily use the periodontal and regular tip.
The only con is that sometimes when I go to snap in the tips, they don't always make the "click in" sounds to tell you that you are good to move forward. That is a little frustrating at times, but overall I'm happy with my purchase.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Hello - Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. There is a bit of a learning curve for new users. It's important to remember that you don't want to look into the mirror. You'll want to bend over and look down into the sink and leave your mouth partially open so the water can flow freely into the sink. Learned that reservoir needs to pressed down very firmly to enable water flow. Noisier than I had hoped. Works better than the cordless model it replaced.
