Hello Tttt - Our products are designed for use in the bathroom and to have sound levels appropriate for the space. Specifically, we design our products to have a sound level of less than 70 dBA, where less than 70 dBA is defined as ‘conversation level’. Beyond 70 dBA we hear a toilet flush and at approaching 90 dBA we are in the range of most hair dryers.

Should have bought this sooner. Tried the cordless brand and it didn’t have the power as the WP-100. It’s smaller than I imagined which works great for the limited space in the bathroom. I like the convenience of having the extra attachments stay with the unit and not tossed in the drawer.
