I do not like the looseness of the cover. It keeps coming open and all the tips that come with this product do not have a place inside.

Overall, my second water pic, after over 10 years of use from my last one, worked as well as expected. I enjoy the improved on/off function on the wand. The only thing I would recommend me users if to run at least 3 full reservoirs of cold water through the supply before use as the taste of plastic is strong when you first use it.
