Can't get use to it yet - but working on it! Even on low the water seems to come out faster than I would like! Learning control is my issue! Rating is based on my experience, or lack thereof, not any problems with the unit.

Good product, the second one I have bought. Had to replace the wand and it’s hose on the first one, and the hook on the front of the unit also broke and was not replaceable. Bad for me, good for Waterpik. A screw mounted hook would be better.
