We're sorry that you are not completely satisfied with the product. Our products are designed for use in the bathroom and to have sound levels appropriate for the space. Specifically we design our products to have a sound level less than 70 dBA, where less than 70 dBA is defined as ‘conversation level’. Beyond 70 dBA we hear the sound of a toilet flush and at approaching 90 dBA we are in the range of most hair dryers. The WP-100 has the highest pressure (100PSI) that is available. I have been wanting a waterpik for a long time and couldn't decide between models. I chose the WP-100 and I love it. It can be very powerful or you can tone it down if you have sensitive gums. It does a great job 'flossing'. My teeth look cleaner and my gums feel better.
