Great water pick. Just be aware it is a bit loud but it does the job, especially for people with bridges. My hygienist has recommended this for years and I am really glad I finally got one.

We are sorry to hear that you are having an issue with the lid. The lid for this specific model simply rests inside of the reservoir. It should lift straight up and out of the reservoir. After 10 days of use the Pause button on my WP-100 model is stuck closed. Customer Support suggested it was clogged from hard water deposits and that I should run vinegar solution thru unit. 2 problems, can't run anything thru unit with Pause button stuck and I doubt 10 days of once daily use with water only would clog the unit.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Water pic is one of the greatest inventions for use at home.
You feel as if you’re teeth have been cleaned by a professional everyday.
You just need to hold the pic properly and it (the pic) does all the work. So glad it was recommended to me.

The old reliable standard Waterpik is still the best choice for a counter-top water flosser. I tried another brand made to look just like the Waterpik and was disappointed (it leaked) so I went back to this. It's simple to use and keep clean.
