Purchased this in July and by end of September the hose button started sticking. They are sending a new one free of charge and hopefully this one lasts longer. The water flossing is amazing I must say!
So happy I purchased it, I don’t know why I didn’t purchase it sooner!

Push-button for water pause stopped working in 3 months. Now waterpik flosser is absolutely useless. Very disappointed. High price and poor quality,
