I love using this over regular flossing. It cleans out every small particle of food from my teeth and gum line. I love that you can control the pressure and that it has a pause button. It is nice to have the choice of tips to use. I wish I would have bought one a lot sooner than I did.
I love the product but prefer the one we had before which had an attached lid. This one after filling water and putting lid back on falls in. Only thing dont like.
I would recommend this to a friend!

So far I've been happy with the product, the only set back is that the button to stop the flow of the water got stuck and now I can't use it.

We are so sorry that you are having difficulty with the pause button on your WP-100. This unit includes a three-year warranty. We would be happy to help you get it up and running! Please email me directly at smreviews@waterpik.com.
I am having trouble operating the water flosser. It seems that I hae water every place but in my mouth where it should be. Maybe I need to practice more, I am not giving up. I am sure it will help me once I learn how to use it.

We are so sorry that you are having difficulty with your Ultra WP-100 Water Flosser. If you'd like to limit overspray, this video offers tips for perfecting your technique:https://www.waterpik.com/oral-health/products/dental-water-flosser/WP-100/
A couple of weeks ago, I was at my dentist for cleaning (I go every 3 months). My hygienist said that I was doing such a hot job flossing and brushing, so I asked her if a Waterpik might help. "Indeed it would", she said, and indeed it has. I can notice the difference in the very short amount of time I have been using it. Sorry I waited so long!
This is my second attempt with a water flossing product. Unfortunately, the first one did not have very good instructions and I gave up after two attempts. Whe WP-100; however had quality instructions (with a little picture) so I was able to get a good result the first time. I never would have thought to bend over the sink and keep the lips open so the water could run down the drain. What a relief to not have water all down the front of my chest or on my clothes. I now use this waterpik faithfully every day. Way to go and, please use the great instructions.
