I HAD PREVIOUSLY BOUGHT THIS SAME MODEL AND IT WAS LESS NOISY AND SUPERIOR IN QUALITY.

We are sorry that you are unhappy with the product. Waterpik has recently elected to make a change to our water flosser products to be more compliant with energy efficiency. The change included changing our motors to a high voltage direct current style, reducing the wattage consumption from 34 watts to 14 watts. The new high efficiency motor is lighter, and may subsequently produce a louder motor sound when operating. We stand by the quality of our products and the three-year warranty. I love having the tank that can be filled and then using it straight for 90 seconds. The clean is amazing and I wouldn't want to spend one day without using it. I am hooked on Water Pick. This product is easy to use and the clean teeth and gums makes it feel like I went to the dentist every single day!
