We have had it and been using it for almost a month and about a week ago the button started sticking in so water won't spray out. It will come out every now and again but my son needs this to spray around all of the metal in his mouth!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I love my new Waterpik! I have used Waterpik products for years and I had to replace one that I've probably had for more than 8 years. This model has everything I need and more. I love the fact that it now has a lid that stores the attachments. It keeps the water reservoir dust-free and the attachments clean.

I've needed a Water-Pic for years and finally got one. I've had problems with plaque build up, especially the older I get. I can't believe the difference in the feel of my gums and mouth. I can honestly say that I can really tell a difference since I've been using this product.
