Purchased as a replacement for the same product I had for over 6 years. Works the same but is so loud compared to the older model. The new one is about a pound lighter. Disappointing.

Thank you for your feedback. Waterpik recently elected to make changes to the motor so they will be more energy efficient. They are lighter than previous models.
