After I received my WP-100 as a gift for Christmas I've truthfully used every day and found it more then really expected it to be, my teeth feel much cleaner since using. I'm very happy with the out come and will recommend this water pic to anyone

My Boyfriend bought this for me as a Christmas gift. It's a product I've been interested in trying for a few years now. I only have a few complaints and concerns. All the tips don't fit in the case which is concerning for me because I don't like the idea of the tools sitting out and being exposed to bacteria. Speaking of bacteria I think a cleaning or sanitizing solution should be provided for cleaning the machine and tools. I also think that for a slightly higher price I would buy a waterpik with a heated water feature for those of us who have sensitive teeth
