The WaterPik does a great job. However, it is extremely loud. I returned the first one I purchased for this reason, but the second one I was sent was equally as loud. Very disappointing.

It has too many removable parts. The curly cue tube is a little awkward to deal with, but the powers is good and does a good job of getting out the bad stuff.
