I bought this product about a month ago and I had a previous similar device about 15 years ago. I thought that the product would have been improved in the interval but I find the motor to be very loud and that is disappointing. Making it smaller, lighter and quieter would be advantageous.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I absolutely love what it does and how it makes my mouth feel. However the rubber thing that is supposed to keep the water in leaks a lot and the machine is very noisey.

Ok, look, this does the job its suppose to do. It was suppose to come with a tongue cleaner but mine didn't. Oh well. I'm judging this solely based on does it work. Yes it does, and the price is even better.

I LOVE waterpik and have for years my other unit lasted for 14 years. I could not bare to be without it, so I bought this one, t’s louder than my old one but that could be because it’s new and fresh. I use a cap of mouthwash in it with the water. Great product if you want to care for your teeth!!
