It takes a little getting used to the machine spraying water without getting water everywhere . It does remove stuff stuck between the teeth . Easier for me than floss which gets broken between my teeth .

I bought this with dentist and hygienist recommended it with some gingivitis issues. Finally opened the box (after 2 months of purchasing). Wow! Sorry I waited so long to own one. Do my routine nightly after brushing. My hygienist saw an immediate improvement from 7 Days of use. Read your manual for proper use, get going on using it, and you will love how your teeth/gums feel and look, and going to the dentist is no big deal!
