Purchased about 3 weeks ago. Works well so far. Only negatives are it's noisy and had to buy second set of pics for the other person using it. Took a few times using it to figure out how to keep it from leaking.

We bought this about a month ago, the first couple times of using it a lot of stuff came out,not nearly anything now,so it must be doing what it's suppose to. Sure beats string flossing,especially if your gag reflex is as high as mine.
Only negative thing about it is that the tip for general use is near impossible to find in our near by stores.
