Makes your mouth feel as clean as when you visit the dentist. Had started having gum problems with slight bleeding after two weeks of consistent use, gums have stopped bleeding and swelling has gone down also. Gums look healthier and teeth feel cleaner. Great product!

The only complaint we have is it somewhat cumbersome to use on the back of your teeth. Otherwise it works very fine and does an excellent job.

I love it's design in that the hose connector doesn't get tangled up and has a convenient storage area right up front. The ability to turn the nozzle head is also a plus. The capacity for water is just right with it and cap easily removed for drying and emptying. Will be trying the travel model that came with it soon and thought having it included iin a set a good idea. Once you've used a water pik you'll truly miss it if without for even a day. I wasn't happy that the lid did not hold all heads without touching tips. Also, plus and minus, the unit is light; maybe to the point of being top heavy. Would not want to buy in white...yellowing with time.
