I'm not sold on the unit so far. the MAJOR downside is the length of the hose. It's not a good thing when you pull the unit off the place it is resting .At less then 34 inches and with as tight a spiral that you manufactured into the hose, it is a pain to use! If I'd known the problem, I would not have spent the HIGH cost to purchase. The model is a WP-112W. It also needs suction cups on the base, to keep it from being pulled.

Unit does a nice job, but sounds like a jack hammer. Cannot use it when other family members are sleeping because it is just too loud.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

FOR THE PAST 2 YEARS, I USED PHILIPS SONICARE. IT'S KEEP BREAKING EVERY FEW MONTHS. I AM TIRED OF IT, IT'S COST ME SO MUCH ANGRY AND FRUSTRATED. BUT THEN A MONTH AGO, MY DAUGHTER GAVE ME A WATERPIK.
