I bought this Waterpix a little less than a month ago and my wife and I are very satisfied with it. It does a great job and we are glad we purchased it.
Disappointed in the cheaply made structure. The top containing the attachments is rather pathetic. Noisy, and leaky when brushing/flossing. Unimpressive in its entirety.
It's true, flossing isn't enough. I couldn't believe the food particles that were dislodged that the flossing missed. My gums feel great and my mouth feels cleaner after using you water pick. Wish I had purchased it sooner.
paraplegic can only use left hand. The stop button on the wand should be able to stop the water so I can turn on the pump and get my hand to the wand without shooting water everywhere. What a mess. Best would be the wand button is changed to push for "ON".
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Thank you for your feedback regarding the pause button. We offer alternative models such as the WP-660 Aquarius Water Flosser that use a water On/Off slider on the handle that might work better for you.
My dentist reconmended me getting a waterpik. I really never thought of the benefits it would brings me. Its super easy to use, a fast process for flossing, and a thorough clean. I can see the things that were stuck between my teeth and am surprise at what traditional floss could have missed if it were for my new Waterpik. The only thing that I say I somewhat dislike is the loud noisy it makes when in use, which is not a biggy. Otherwise I LOVE my Waterpik.
Purchased model WP-100 after my 1st model stopped pumping water...now I am sad to say my 2nd WATERPIK water line has broken off the handle. I'm the only person using this waterpik. Seems a softer plastic should be used so it won't crack off. Can this be replaced?
