The first one I used for few years. It was great. This one is quite noisy and does not sit flat on the surface as the old one. It sits on the hose (there is no opening for the hose to go through.) But it is better than not having one.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I bought this about a month or so ago. I usually floss, but I always heard such great things about using a waterpik instead. I use it once or twice a day or more if I feel the need...especially after eating kale or spinach.! I have one tooth that always collects and when I use the "Pik" I swear a whole salad comes out! Ha! Anyway, my gums are pinker and my teeth don't feel as sensitive. It really leaves your mouth feeling so much cleaner. I highly recommend!

I really like this product. It does as it says. Good diverse tips. The power settings really give you good choices. I would have given this 5 stars except for the fact it is very loud. However that does not affect how it functions.
