After visiting the dentist and it was not good, even with brushing. Flossing, and listerene rinses. This told me that i just wasn't getting everything. Now that i have the Waterpik my mouth is cleaner and my teeth feel amazing everyday not just dental day.

I purchased this knowing it would be a wise hygenic move. However, I am amazed how much flossing my electric toothbrush doesn't do! My gums feel much healthier! Only negative. this unit has on/off switch which requires holding onto unit to engage. Newer models are push button.
