Poor design

Works for water flossing but the unit's design is poor:
Trying to combine the water reservoir lid, filling and spare pics storage is foolish. It does none of them well. It is very awkward to remove and replace the reservoir and lid. A good design would have the pic storage and reservoir separate - and make the reservoir easier to fill.

I bought this in August 2018. I was nervous about using it so I left it in the box for 2 weeks. This machine is a lot better than the one that I used in the 80's. It has the capability to change water pressure. Plus there is a lot more options for which pressure head is to be used to clean your teeth. I have not been to a dentist yet to see how it is going, that is not until 2019. So hopefully I am using the machine correctly, and will get a high five from the dental office.
