This is the third WP-100 I've purchased in the past eight years. The first one had the same problem as the second unit. The "Replacement Hose/Handle Assembly" developed a tear in the hose. This happened with the first unit after two years, and about six years later with the second unit. Also, the gasket in the base unit wears out after a couple of years, and since I couldn't find a replacement for the base unit gasket, I decided to replace the entire unit.

Purchased approx 2 mos ago. I wear braces amd have been now for abt a year so im way late investing in one. Its just amazing i can floss or pick normally but until u use this and see what u remove u will not want to live without. And teeth feel so clean after and feel so good. I use very warm water and feels like a massage along the gums and teeth. Its a must try!!!
