I recently purchased the WaterPik specifically for taking care of my crowns and bridges. This model has all the attachments necessary to do that. I have used it for a few weeks now, and after getting used to letting the water flow out of your open mouth into the sink, it works really well for me. You might have to adjust the angle when using it, otherwise you spray water all over, but if you give it a try, it does the job of cleaning hard to reach areas well.

This worked fine the first three times that I used it, then after that I turn it on and it buzzes, but no water stream. I turn it off and on several times and it will finally start. I am very disappointed, but I really love it when it works.
