This is my second WaterPik. I had to replace my first one after only 6 months because the rubber gasket at the bottom started leaking water and I could NOT find a replacement part for it.
It would be nice if there was a user friendly site in which to order replacement/defective parts.

The first waterpik I had for about five years ceased to operate and, in spite of helpful info to get it working, knew it needed replacing. Had the extra rechargeable one for traveling which, when away from home, could not use as I had forgotten to bring the attachment which apparently is not available in stores. Finally I was able to get my replacement. I had very much missed the waterpik as it is essential for my dental hygiene.

As an old surfer, when you don't get out on a good swell because your too busy, it just feels like you didn't bathe for the day. Waterpik feels the same to me, it's a shower for my mouth, it helps me keep my "sayings" clean and fresh every day!

I bought this a month ago and I use it everyday. Knowing how good it is for teeth and gums, it was a great purchase. My grandson has his own because he has braces. My sister-in-law has one so that is how I came to buy this particular model.
