I went to the dentist after using it for two weeks. He said I still need to floss. So when he floss me there was no bleeding of my gums.

I had been having problems with bleeding gums over one tooth which also had a receding gum pocket. after 4 days of use, the bleeding stopped. the gum pocket has gone away. my gum is back to normal. when I use it I put a cap of mounth wash and a cap of peroxide in the water and use 2-3 times a day. awesome results.
