I bought this about a month ago. We had the personal one, but it was too hard to clean. The water tank comes off this one so you can clean it easily. After using waterpiks my dental appts have been much better. I am no longer told I need to floss more. Your mouth feels so fresh after using, it gets out all the food particles caught in your teeth. Just be sure to start with your mouth closed and then just open a little to let the water out.

This is the second Waterpik I've bought in about 3 years. The hose on the unit broke but instead of replacing the hose, I bought a new unit. I'm glad I did. The entire new unit is lighter in weight than the old. Both units were/are pretty easy to use. Would give it 5 stars except, like the old Waterpik, this one is just as noisy.
