I was recently told about this product and went out and purchased it. I am a germiphobe and am happy I did. You could, literally, see the results! It cleans way better than any floss could.

The Tank Leaks

Our dentist recommend it. It seems it has an Achilles heel in the washer that seals the tank to the base. Even after cleaning with vinegar it leaked.It leaks from the bottom washer. The company sent new washers but it still leaks. A very POOR design.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
