Great dental checkup. The hygenist was pleased with my dental health and when she checked my gumline numbers she said they were those of an 18yr old. ( I'm 77). I have used a waterpick for years. This is my second one and the design is better than ever.
Had a Waterpik in the 60's - was I a pioneer? I can therefore attest that the Waterpik has come a long, long way and I'm still getting "acquainted." I'm just beginning to experience its beneficial possibilities, and I definitely envision a positive Waterpik future! So glad my dentist recommended, as I didn't even know it was still in existence.
I have had a couple of problems with the pressure when trying to use one of the attachments which it comes with - I tried cleaning it with hot water and this seemed to work but I don't think I should have had this problem I've only had it around 6 months.
Bought this after my Dentist recommended it since I have a difficult time flossing between my teeth. Recently got a bridge, the space between the bridge and teeth is so tight the floss shreds. The Waterpik works great and is easy to use. The higher settings are strong. I haven't had any problems with the pause button sticking yet. I wish I bought one years ago.
