This is my first experience with similar products and so far I like it. I have been using it only for 1 month but I hope that it is strong enough to last for years. I put it on 8 setting. Using it after flossing removes some particles from teeth. It looks like flossing is now redundant and I can use waterpick with no flossing.

Love the fact you can adjust the water pressure!

I've used this for about a month now and it works very well, I like that I can also use mouth wash in it and adjust he water pressure the added tips for different needs was a nice bonus, as is the holder on top for the extra tips that has a cover to keep them clean/dust free.
