I bought this a month ago after it was recommended by my dentist. I use it twice a day and love it! My teeth and gums still look like I came from the dentist's cleaning. I have only used the standard pick but am looking forward to trying the others. I can't wait to go back to the dentist in 5 months to see what they think of the improvement in my gums.

When you turn it on the water starts coming out until you can grab and press the button. I think they should have the system so when you push the blue button the water comes out. That would make less of a mess. Other than that I like it fine. It comes with several tools. I like that it has a dial adjustment with pressure. I have used all the way to 10 no problem. I use a 4 on my son.
