Love, Love my Waterpik, have no idea how I've lived without it. When I tell you it gets in all the spaces, crevices, spots you would not believe food gets into. I had to laugh out loud, thinking "is this what my hygienist sees when I have my teeth cleaned". This product is worth every dollar you spend on it and more. RUN and get yourself one. Wish they had a portable one!!!!!!!

I've been using the waterpik for a couple of months now and what a difference to my oral health. I used to think I did a good job of cleaning and flossing but the pink has shown me that it wasn't as good as I thought. So glad that I bought it.

We are sorry to hear that you are having an issue with the pause button. This model does carry a three year warranty. However, it sounds like the unit/handle may just need to be cleaned.
