Bought this several weeks ago but am disappointed. I've owned water piks for decades and have always been satisified. This is the first time that I am not. The power, even when set at it's highest is weak....almost too weak. Fortunately I still javey old water pik.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I bought this product in March it does what it supposed to. The dentist has commented about the improvements.
My issue is with the button on the unit it sticks so it prevents the water from flowing.
