We have had Waterpik flossers for over 30 years. Started with the kids and braces. Cannot imagine not having one for us to use daily. My mother is 95 and still uses one after every meal!!!!
After all these years and you still can’t make it quiet and not sound like a cement mixer Give me a break Top container sucks Why not have an external holder for most used attachments Seriously, is this the best you can do!
Before buying this I floss and use a proxy brush to clean between my teeth. I thought I was doing a good job and was surprised to see how more food debris was extracted by the waterpik after flossing and proxy brushing. I am glad to have made this purchase and plan to buy a second to use at work. I read that this is the sink top basic model but I believe this is all that I would need for good oral care.
I purchased my Waterpik less than 1 month ago. The pressure on it is very low, even at its' highest setting. Unfortunately, I purchased this unit at a store, while visiting Florida, so I can't return it.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Mine isn't working. Power is going but very little is coming out of the tip. Do you do anything with the Reservoir valve? Any of the demos I have seen doesn't pull it out or turn it. Appears to have a leak from the stopper in the Reservoir tank. I bought it 6 months ago and am just trying it now.

We are so sorry that this issue has occurred. It sounds as if the unit may need to be force primed. Make sure that you are using the Classic Jet Tip and follow the steps below: 1. Fill the reservoir with 10 ounces of warm water. 2. Lay the handle in the sink. 3. Use your index finger to depress and release the reservoir valve 3 times. 4. Turn on the unit and again depress and release the reservoir valve 3-5 times until the water begins to flow. This should only need to be performed once.
If you still are not getting water flow, please contact customer service at 1-800-525-2774 Monday through Friday from 7:00am to 5:00pm Mountain Time for technical support.
