I only wish it had an automatic filling feature such as a ice maker so as you would not have to keep removing the water storage bowl for filling. And the shutoff for the water line should be built in to the on off switch so as if you should leave the brush holder laying on the counter the water would not be leaking all over the counter!

I bought this about a month ago and after 2 weeks, the button on the handle broke. I contacted customer service and they replaced it quickly. I bought this product based on the Waterpik brand name but I now doubt how long it will last.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
