I wish that the button on the handle was reversed. Instead of having to push it to make it stopped I wish you would push it to start the flow and then release it to stop the flow.

I like my waterpik. I use regular floss plus the waterpik. It took some getting used to to stop spraying water all over the bathroom. Also the container must be securely seated or no water is sprayed although the motor is running. One thing I would recommend is for the company to package the replacement tubes in packages of 4's instead of the assorted pack.
