I received the water pik for Christmas by my daughter who is a hygienist. My teeth are close to each other with barely space inbetween. I found this water pik to be very effective in getting between my teeth and removing food particles, leaving my mouth very refreshed

I love the totally clean feel for hours and hours after use. It is really noisy, however. I am eager to see how my 'pockets' look in March after 3 mo. use. I am trying to head off needing a deep cleaning as my gums have taken a turn for the worse in the last 6 mo. and I have no idea why.
