After some practice I have now mastered the waterpic. I still use dental floss and follow with the waterpic. It still flushes out matter that settles back between teeth after using dental floss.

A few months ago, I had dental implants put in. My dentist strongly recommended that I buy a WaterPik. I put it off for awhile thinking I could do without it. I noticed food was getting trapped in between the implants. Thus, causing inflammation. I finall went out and bought one. It was the Best Buy I made. Whether not you have dental implants, buy a WaterPik. It is indispensable for the health of your teeth.

Simple, every body should one and use it every night before bed time. Worst habit a human can have is to go to sleep with food in your mouth. Morning breath will be bad, to say nothing of cavity forming decay.
