Purchased my first one two years ago, I had gum pockets numbering 5-9 and some bone loss. 2 months my dental exam pockets reduced substantially 3-4. cleaning appointments with dentist quarterly instead on more frequent schedule I was on.

I truly appreciate this product. I have used it about a month now and I can definitely feel and see the difference that it makes. Even though I floss and use an electric toothbrush, the Waterpik makes for an exceptionally clean experience.

This is the 3rd or 4th water pik we have purchased. We use them everyday and like them very much. The only problem we have with them is that the hose on all units except the one I just purchased always kinks, and I end up buying a replacement hose set. I would suggest that you change hose material or have replacement hose that can slide on both ends without having to replace the whole set ( handle & hose!) This is the reason I rated average on quality & value.

We bought the Waterpik about a month ago. My husband's dentist recommended that he get a Waterpik because his flossing was nonexistent. He has used it every night since getting it. We'll see what the dentist says in 5 more months.
