I like this product. It does exactly what its supposed to do but it is awkward. The water tank falls off easy. The storage case does not hold the tips well because its too short and it doesnt stay together. I dont have any space around my sink to use it so i have to put it on a nearby shelf. The tubing doesn't reach very far so keep that in mind.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great improvements have been made since our first use several years ago. We had switched to a small, battery-operated model for ease in travelling over the last 5-6 years. We tired of changing batteries so often, so returned to this model once again. Love the lid which holds the picks as well as keeping the reservoir clean. Much improvement over previous models.
