WaterPik works great. The push button on/off switch got stuck in open position after < 1 month. Was replaced within 1 week by Company. Advised by tech support to really rinse unit well after use if applying rinse wash like Listerine. Stopped adding Listerine to tub and no problems since.

My dental hygienist wanted to put me on antibiotics because of the gum infections that I was getting, I told her to hold off until our next visit so that I could use the Waterpik (WP-100) religiously over the next three months. I have not gone back to the hygienist yet (its too early for another office visit). However even I can see that my gums are looking much better after only one month of usage. This device is worth every penny.

i brought this product a month ago. it is very good by function but the device itself is bit of hard to handle. whenever you start it every time you have to hold the pressure switch to control water and whenever you release it the pressure starts. it should be opposite to it and if it would be like that then it will be better product.
