If you as I hate flossing, Waterpik is the answer! And my dental hygienist tells me at every cleaning, that it shows I’m using Waterpik. I only have one issue with the new model. It doesn’t have the tongue cleaner attachment any more, and the one I had with my older model doesn’t fit the new one. But I really like that the new model has a pause button, missing on the old one. I love it!
I can’t live without it. Comes with many tools but I favour 2. I bought travel one too. Unbelievable what still expels from between my teeth, after I floss and softpik. You don’t wake up with yucky jungle breath. I’ve worked in a dental office for over 35 years. Listen to me. Your hygienist will love you.
I have used a WP for many years. Even took a smaller battery unit on our two month vacay this summer. Original died, got a replacement. Wife is now using after dentist asked if she had access to one.
I recently bought the combo Waterpik and after few uses it started to leak. Very disappointed. Earlier model were more robust than the new ones
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

We are so sorry this happened! Our units are not designed to hold water and any water left inside is likely to leak due to the gravity-fed design. This model carries a three-year warranty. If you still need assistance, please email me directly at smreviews@waterpik.com. Or, contact customer service at 1-800-525-2774 Monday through Friday from 7:00 am to 5:00 pm Mountain Time.
I am 67 years old and had never used a water flosser until my dentist recommended that I try one. So I tried one of the other brands in a portable model. I was unhappy with that, and then I tried the WaterPik counter top model. I am very pleased with it. My teeth feel so clean after I use it. I also like the various tips which are available. I have large gum pockets and really like the PikPocket tip. I like the 3-year warranty too.
