This is a good product. It does the job nicely and quickly, flushing out any leftover food particles stuck in your teeth. I'll mention one thing that I won't call a complaint; more a suggestion. I find the reservoir cover to be slippery when wet. If the cover's edge were serrated all around I think this would prevent it from slipping out of your hand.

This is a replacement to our first Watepik. It worked flawlessly for many years until my darling Husband in all his infinite wisdom was cleaning it and dropped it on the floor and broke it.
He will be supervised in the future. We both won't consider looking at a competitors product.
