I bought this product after suggestion from two Dentists. Works really well cleaning, however the connecting hose is very stiff and the pump is noisey. Wish there was a way to totally empty the tank after each use without the need to dismantle.

I like the product but found that there were other offers out that offered a complementary cordless travel water pic. I was disappointed because I would have loved a travel kit.

I bought this on a recommendation of a friend I am so glad that I did. I take care of my oral care and thought I was doing a good job, however, I now realize that it wasn't so. After using this product my mouth, teeth, and gums feel great. This gets in every nook and cranny that even my dental floss had trouble with

I bought this for my son because I love mine so much. I actually have this model and three other models (including a travel one for when I am away from home) and they were wonderful when I had my braces. Now I am hooked. Unfortunately, my son was not able to open his for several months and when he did, it was damaged - the cord was cut through. I was very disappointed by this and by the process I had to go through to get it replaced. I hope that he loves it as much as I do mine when he gets to use it. I was never good about flossing and I use my waterpik every night. My dental hygienist is always amazed at how good my teeth and gums are.
