I bought one two years ago and have used it everyday since. I use to have gingivitis, but since using the waterpic The gums have healed up nicely and it is amazing how much food particles your floss and tooth brush does not get.

I have never used a waterpik. My dentist recommended it and I love it. I don't have anything to compare this one too, but as far as I'm concerned it is the best!! I would definitely recommend it to anyone.

I love this product and have been using them for years but the new ones are VERY noisy. I called Waterpik and the service person listened to it and said that is how the new ones are as "they made them lighter in weight which does not conceal the motor as much." Maybe just made cheaper.
