Need for repair and strengthening the hose

I have had this unnit for about two years and I really appreciate the effectiveness but the hose just broke at the flosser and really miss the unit. I hope they will repair it or replace it.

I am so very glad that I have a Waterpik. You think your teeth are clean until you use this device and realize debris was missed. I do not feel as if my teeth brushing experience is complete unless the Waterpik is a part of the process.
