as a dental hygiene student it was recommended that we gave this a try and I bought this a couple months ago, was working great until the button got stuck and now it’s not working at all... super disappointed!!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

This is the 3rd unit I bought. I like the unit. However, on each unit the pause button has failed. This is a design fault and should be fixed. I avoid using it now.

We are sorry to hear that you are having difficulty with the pause button. Soaking the handle regularly in equal parts distilled white vinegar and warm water, will prevent this issue. Directions for priming (first time use) and cleaning were clear although not without some initial spraying of the surrounding area. I used the classic jet tip only and I was pleased with the thorough cleaning of my teeth.
