Button Sticks

Bought the Ultra for my son when he got braces on. Within the 1st month, the button to start and stop the flow on the handle would stick in. After a couple of jolts to knock it free, it would work again. Now, I cannot free the button. This has been a constant problem and would not recommend again.
I love the concept but this is made very cheaply and the button on the handle sticks all the time. It is ver annoying. My machine is only 3 months old and it STICKS!
I would recommend this to a friend!

Running distilled white vinegar and warm water through the unit and handle regularly, as recommended, will prevent the issue by breaking down any buildup that may be accumulating. This is the fourth one I have returned in a year? They work great for awhile then just stop working, has something to do with the blue button to stop flow. Not sure what it is happening all I know is it stops pushing water through. As I stated 4 in a year I have returned. Very inept piece of oral care.
I bought this item in February 2020 and 4 months later the button on handle has broken. Very disappointing to say the least
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I had resisted purchasing a product like Waterpic although my husband has used and loved his for many years. Finally deciding to try one, I brought it home, read instructions and have tried every attachment even adding an additional cleaning after a shower. The product does make my mouth and teeth feel much cleaner than just the traditional floss and brushing. The only things that might help would be to make it somehow not slide on the counter top and the top containing the additional tools would be more stable.
